Campbell County FOP Lodge 10 Hosts Hold'em Tourney

 
On March 15, 2008, Campbell County FOP Lodge 10 hosted a Texas Hold'em tournament to benefit Malia's CORD Foundation.  A special thank you to Malia's uncle, Sean Matteoli, and his friends Bill Birkenhauer and Denny Lehmkuhl, both of whom are police officers and members of the FOP, for their tiredless efforts in planning and conducting the event.  Thanks to the 70 players who competed for a grand prize of $1,700, as well as to the generous folks who voluteered their Saturday evening to work the event.  
 
The event raised $7,142 for spinal cord tumor research.  Malia's CORD Foundation is extremely grateful to Campbell County FOP Lodge 10 for their generous support of our cause.  We would also like to thank Thyssen Krupp Elevator and Baker Concrete for their corporate sponsorships!
