Spinal Cord Tumor Research

Intramedullary spinal cord tumors are rare and there is no treatment consensus and no cure. There is immediate need to develop a cure since the average life expectancy for children afflicted with spinal cord gliomas is seven years after diagnosis.

Scientific Review Board

The CORD Foundation Scientific Review Board is comprised some of the most renowned scientists and physicians in the field today.  The CORD Foundation is grateful for the contributions these generous individuals make to help reach our dream of curing spinal cord tumors.

 

For Grant Awardees

Required reporting form to be used for annual progress reports from each of the grant awardees.  All research progress must be documented for review and approval by the Foundation's Scientific Review Board and Board of Directors to receive the next year's funding.
